Crockpot Peach Cobbler

I was supposed to post this for Mom about 1 month ago.  Sorry!  It's a good way to use up all those peaches she canned this summer.  This is a fun dessert to have when people are over for dinner because it can be ready any time you need it and the oven can be used for other things.

Perfect Peach Cobbler
1 can (29 oz) peach slices, with juice
1 can (21 oz) peach pie filling (apple pie filling can be substituted, but it's not as good)
1 white or yellow cake mix
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut
2 T butter or margarine, thinly sliced

Pour juice from peaches into separate bowl.  Spread pie filling and peaches on bottom of a greased 4 1/2 to 6 quart crock pot.  Sprinkle cake mix, cinnamon and coconut over the top.  Pour peach juice over the dry ingredients.  Place butter slices in the dry areas.   Cover and cook on low 4 hours or on high for 2 hours.  Makes 10-12 servings.  Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
