I'm putting this one up so I don't have to keep calling Rebe every time I want to make it. I love asparagus anytime, anyway but I'll have to admit this makes it extra yummy and everyone in our house will eat it.
Roasted Asparagus
Place asparagus on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Roast in a hot oven (at least 400 degrees) for ~10 minutes or until slightly crispy.
