Cooking Tip: Crepes

Recently I started making my crepes in my blender and it has worked great! I don't know if anyone else does this but it gets out all of the flour clumps. It makes it great for storing extra batter too- just keep it in the the blender chamber and pop it on the stand to mix right before making leftovers. This is probably not the most original thing but it is great! If you haven't tried it before give it a whirl and let me know what you think!
