This cake is Mom's recipe and we had it tonight for Strawberry Shortcake. Super yummy!
Beat together:
2 sq. butter
3 cups sugar
Beat 6 eggs in at one time.
Add:
3 cups flour
1/4 t soda
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 t almond extract
1 t vanilla
1/2 t salt
Mix well. Bake on large cookie sheet, sprayed with Pam at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or bundt at 325 degrees for 90 minutes.
