Blackberry Pork Chops

This was from the Taste of Home, some of you may have seen it. I made it Sunday and we loved it!

Blackberry Pork Chops
1/2 cup seedless blackberry jam
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. soy sauce
dash cinnamon
4 boneless pork chops (5 oz each)
2 t. steak seasoning
2 t. olive oil
1 cup fresh blackberries

In a small saucepan, combine the jam, lemon juice, soy sauce, and cinnamon. Cook and stir over low heat until jam is melted. Remove from heat, set aside.

Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with steak seasoning. In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chops in oil over medium-high for 5-7 minutes on each side or until 165 degrees. Serve with sauce and blackberries.
